Baked Spinach Vada
This is a classic South Indian snack upgraded, and of course it's Mom's recipe so you know it's going to be good. Vada (pronounced “vuh-duh”) a tasty Indian Snack originated from the Southern regions. There are many varieties of vada, but the base is always a dough made from lentils, seasoned with aromatics and fried. Our recipe is upgraded to include healthy ingredients and yes, they are baked!
