Meditation is a practice of stillness and a pause from action. When we meditate we are able to gain distance from our thoughts and beliefs. Outside of our meditation practice the ability to choose what is in the highest alignment with our true nature becomes so vivid and clear, it’s undeniable.

Meditation is for EVERYONE. Meditation does not discriminate between those who are more or less into their practice, or from those who are just starting.
We can guide you through the process and are trained to make it easy, relaxing and comfortable. There is nothing required for meditation, just an open mind, an open heart and a willingness to dedicate time to stillness and being.

private sessions
If you crave one on one instruction, we can certainly provide that offering to you. You may also invite your friends or family members for a guided group meditation. The experience of group meditations can be very powerful considering the added energy of the collective.
Each meditation session is 30 minutes and includes a relaxation and heart centered warm up as well as a few minutes of Pranayam (breath work). You are welcome to reserve a full length Pranayam instruction if you would like to learn more about how breath work can support you nervous + energy systems.
